15/11/10 Moved to London
For the past year I've been working for a small textiles and wallpaper business called Lewis & Wood running the warehouse and sending out the orders. It was pretty knackering work and as a result new graphics work has been somewhat sparse. I did however help out with various design jobs within the company along the way and have recently completed a brochure for electronics shop Richer sounds- something I'll post up here soon.

My days of slogging around 30kg rolls of fabric are now over however and I've recently moved to London where I'm hoping to get properly going in Graphic Design. I'm currently on the look out for Internships and any junior positions. Let me know if you want to give me a job!

07/12/09 New Website goes Live
Came across a fantastic new website by the name of Cargo Collective. It's basically a similar thing to Indexhibit where you can modify a set of templates to create an easily manageable online portfolio. It really was a pleasure to use and I would highly recommend it to people who don't necessarily want to mess about with Dreamweaver every time they want to update their site. So here it is, the new-look aricdesign.co.uk. I might even do some new work at some point. Imagine that!

25/10/09 Looking for full-time employment
If anyone is looking for a junior designer to join their team give me a shout! I'm pretty much willing to consider moving anywhere so check out the About Me section for a brief CV.

23/10/09 Root Clothing Website is Live
10 months overdue, I can officially declare Root Clothing open for business! Turns out, setting up a whole business is a massive undertaking that takes tons of time and energy to bring together. Early 2009 meant we had new projects as part of our course that had to become priority and as such, we had no choice but to put Root on the back burner. Since graduating in July we've finally been able to get things off the ground and for me, this has meant re-designing the website and learning Dreamweaver in order to build it. Work on the Spring collection starts now!

04/03/09 Root Clothing is coming soon
Due to 8000 word essays and laziness we've been pretty slack in sorting out the Root Clothing stuff recently. The website is pretty much ready to go after I set up the PayPal so expect it to go live within the next week or so.

04/03/09 Website Launch
I'm happy to announce that after many hours of trawling through the indexhibit forums I've just about figured out how to put this website together...
